With our special program WE’VE ALWAYS BEEN HERE, we’re shining a light on the realities of queer lives, and diasporic experiences. Drawing on the current exhibitions Zanele Muholi. We Are Here and Eric Asamoah. As Our Hearts Bow, we explore which stories are remembered and passed down—and which stories often remain invisible in institutional and archival contexts.

Together with you, we want to create a space for dialogue, listening, and connection. We invite you to join us in reflecting on the following:

Which experiences and memories do we carry with us?
How do we find and strengthen community?
How do we want to remember, rewrite, and reimagine history?
