Parking
One marked parking space for people with limited mobility is available in the courtyard of FOTO ARSENAL WIEN.
Building Accessibility
The main entrance offers step-free accessibility via a ramp and a platform lift. The door opens automatically.
Ticket and Coat-Check Area
Concession tickets are available. Our staff can provide detailed information at the ticket desk. Wheelchairs can be borrowed on site, and wheelchair-accessible lockers are available. An accessible toilet is located in the cloakroom area. Access to the toilet is through three manually operated doors. The first door is heavy and difficult to open independently. Our shop staff will be happy to assist with opening the door.
Exhibition Space
All exhibitions are located on the ground floor and are accessible without doors. Seating options and mobile chairs are available.
Activity Area
The education room on the second floor is accessible by stairs and by stair lift. The doors open manually. There are no accessible toilets in the activities area. All doors are manually operated.
Café (Monday – Friday)
The café is located on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. The doors are manually operated.
Signage
Signage throughout the museum provide orientation in the building and on the grounds.
