MAK x FOTO ARSENAL WIEN

Combined Guided Tour: Barbara Pflaum and Daido Moriyama

For all photography enthusiasts: join us for a special combined tour of two outstanding photography exhibitions!

We begin at the MAK – Museum of Applied Arts with a guided tour of the exhibition BARBARA PFLAUM, which captures Vienna’s postwar street life with a keen eye and journalistic sensitivity. We then travel together by public transportation to the FOTO ARSENAL WIEN, where we will experience a guided tour of the exhibition Daido Moriyama, the master of Japanese street photography, whose high-contrast and experimental images reveal Tokyo in all its facets.

This tour offers fascinating insights into two very different cities, periods, and photographic approaches—perfect for anyone who loves street photography and wants to discover Vienna and Japan through the lens of remarkable photographers.
